Our approach
is simple: Through strategic fundraising, we work to provide teachers with higher pay that reflects their pivotal role in shaping our children's academic development.
The BIG idea
To improve academic development, we must invest in teachers directly by boosting their pay.
One mission
Innovate American education to unlock student potential.
One solution
Pay teachers more through our innovative initiative.
One result
Enhance student outcomes to give them a brighter future.
Start small
We are piloting our program at two charter schools, and then we will expand and grow our initiative.
The start
We are starting with the Wesley International Academy and The Museum School. After that, the sky is the limit!
The fund
As time passes, we will grow the fund to levels that allow us to expand to other schools, cities, states, etc.
The future
We aim to grow the fund to pay all teachers an extra $10K forever. Yep, you read that right, forever.
Laser focus
We do one thing: ensure teachers are paid enough to focus on what matters - your child's education.
Driven
We are driven by the belief that children are the future and thrive when their teachers thrive.
Disciplined
Our laser-like focus on one idea — that better pay yields better outcomes — will produce an outsized impact.
Dedicated
Our founders and key influencers are parents and educators dedicated to making a positive impact.

YES! We are a full-fledged 501c3. Read more about what that means here!
-
Not yet. We are piloting it at two schools; then we will expand.
-
Most of it does. We take a 15% operations fee. That covers all the overhead of running a not-for-profit. The operations fee helps us pay personnel, cover bank fees, etc.
-
No. Your donation goes to the collective fund and is paid evenly to all qualified recipients.

The school’s leadership defines qualified recipients. Broadly, they are primary educators, not assistant teachers (like student aids or classroom assistants) or administrators (like principals or office personnel). Primary educators are in charge of the class and actively teach the students. The school's administration must deem them in good standing (meaning not under disciplinary action) or in transition to another role outside of a school participating in the Educator Fund's program.
