Through strategic fundraising, we provide K-12 teachers with higher pay that reflects their pivotal role in shaping our children's academic development. Studies show that supporting teachers financially has a profound impact on student outcomes!

How it works
The Educator Fund stands alone as the only US public charity (501c3) specifically created to enhance student outcomes by increasing teacher compensation. Your donations go to participant schools and are only used to augment teacher pay—pretty straightforward! Our strategy model has three steps:
Raise
We raise money to instantly and continually boost teacher pay.
Distribute
We provide funds to participant schools for distribution.
Oversee
We ensure that teachers receive these funds twice yearly.
Teachers are undervalued
Teachers play an instrumental role in our society. They help mold and develop our future generations. As such, we see them as the most valuable aspect of building a better tomorrow. They deserve compensation that aligns with their value.
So we are doing something about it!
We are starting with a pilot at two charter schools. One is Wesley International Academy in Atlanta, GA.
Why stop at just one?
The second is The Museum School in Decatur, GA. After that, the sky is the limit!
Once the pilot concludes…
